So someone came into work today who's husband has dementia and he had one of these on his coat. I've never seen or heard about them and she was saying how very few people have n i ssked if i could post this pic on here and she agreed so let's raise some awareness.... if you see someone alone and looking lost and they have one of these on show just scan this with ur mobile and it will bring up the details of family so you can get them back home safely. Such a good thing ❤️❤️

I’m Abbie, I am a mum to 2 beautiful young children! I have been working in the care sector now for about 7 years and within that time I have gained a lot of experience! I have had jobs in two part of the care sector, I have worked in a care home and I have also worked in the community. I love my job, from making my clients feel safe and comfortable to also making sure that they are clean and warm!
