Holly is a Personal Trainer, Detox Expert and Lifestyle Coach working with individuals and groups on her Breathe Detox retreats for more than 12 years. She began channelling the Awakening Medicine 21 day programme, almost 10 years ago β and itβs still very much a work in progress | process, with regular UP grades and NEW ways, being downloaded ALL the time! She create a space for people to unwind and let go of what no longer serves them - oxidative stress & toxicity, physical stress & tension, emotional issues and accumulative debris in the colon. These various "holding patterns" (and many more) essentially keep us "stuck" and hold us back. Through practical techniques, practices and re-education of the body mind heart spirit, we can begin to see where and how we "hold on" to stress and therefore, how to begin "letting go". Stress is held within us on many different levels including (but not exclusive to) the physical, structural, cellular and biochemical. The very nature of DETOX is letting go - softening and opening the structure of the cells, to release free radicals, hydrate and oxygenate. Health and feelings of well-being, are all about the internal environment. Dis-ease cannot exist within a well hydrated and oxygenated, free moving environment.
