Awakening Medicine For now closing the doors here at Breathe Detox. Established in 2007 we specialized in facilitating When we create inner movement - outer transformation happens.

Holly is a Personal Trainer, Detox Expert and Lifestyle Coach working with individuals and groups on her Breathe Detox retreats for more than 12 years. She began channelling the Awakening Medicine 21 day programme, almost 10 years ago – and it’s still very much a work in progress | process, with regular UP grades and NEW ways, being downloaded ALL the time! She create a space for people to unwind and let go of what no longer serves them - oxidative stress & toxicity, physical stress & tension, emotional issues and accumulative debris in the colon. These various "holding patterns" (and many more) essentially keep us "stuck" and hold us back. Through practical techniques, practices and re-education of the body mind heart spirit, we can begin to see where and how we "hold on" to stress and therefore, how to begin "letting go". Stress is held within us on many different levels including (but not exclusive to) the physical, structural, cellular and biochemical. The very nature of DETOX is letting go - softening and opening the structure of the cells, to release free radicals, hydrate and oxygenate. Health and feelings of well-being, are all about the internal environment. Dis-ease cannot exist within a well hydrated and oxygenated, free moving environment.

I was vegan from 1995, for about 20 years

I said it always kept me slim - then I realised that wasn't strictly true

I lost weight in the initial few years, but then started piling on the weight after a brush with raw veganism - eating too many tropical fruits

And then just becoming a carb addict - sourdough bread, pasta, rice, oats and even carb milk!!

It wasn't actually until 7 years into my journey when I started fasting and colonic Cleansing in 2003, that I began to lose weight

And I was a "healthy vegan"

Zero refined sugar, i read ALL food labels and never cheated

Around this time I developed ROSACEA - an issue I later discovered was attributed to vegans due to

1) a lack of amino acid - lysine
2) a lack of hydrochloric stomach acid

In 2007 I began my Cranio-Sacral Therapy course in London and the ONLY half-way vegan food was Indian food - of course made with ghee

In 2015 after most vegetarians and vegans I'd known had started eating meat - I also decided to experiment with the Ketogenic diet (cutting carbs and ketosis)

It was then that I became a fat burning 🔥 machine

I started with chicken broth and couldn't believe how it improved my skin

I started experimenting with removing inflammatory foods:

- fruits
- nightshades
- root vegetables

And slowly my skin started to improve

I had so much energy, also as a result of developing my NEW shadow work - work out

I was literally bouncing off the walls with energy and managed to create, sustain and maintain my goal weight of 8 stone 7lbs = 119lbs = 54kg

The year covid hit, my mum died and I lost my business - I'd just ploughed $50k into

And my skin exploded 💥

I began understanding gut health and leaky gut more and more

The 500+ days of fasting x 10 years intermittent fasting had burned ALL THE PLAQUE accumulated in my gut over the years and now it was red raw

I needed to repair my gut lining

I kept hearing about carnivore

Pure collagen

The rest, as they say - is history

Wild Orchids are definitely making a strong come back.

Since the extreme & increasing chemical warfare that is chemtrails - creating deep & penetrating rains storms over the last 5 years pretending its a by accident climate crisis that somehow has something to do with the cows

And not men in airplanes (!)

.. anyway, as I was saying - since then I've been seeing more and more species if ancient wildflowers return to our native landscape

My theory is these often flooded and sodden areas awoke dormant seeds deep within the earth, our mother: (the body of )

And as we flush out this evil more and more and the sun shines once again more and more these flowers are blossoming more and more

These are ancient wild orchids from So deep underground they even have horns. This year I've spotted them in 3 different areas

This Solistice season allow yourself to remember: the beauty of our mother, the earth 🌎, the creator and the creation ❤ breathe every more life into her body as you BREATHE ever more life into your own, move and rock your body on the earth, be still and listen..

Then dance with her wild wisdom as it moves with and through you
