A lovely way to spend time with your little one whilst enjoying movement through Yoga. For mummies it aids in postnatal recovery by strengthening core muscles, improving posture, and reducing stress.
For babies, it promotes healthy physical and cognitive development through gentle movements, sensory stimulation, and bonding with their caregiver
👶 Baby Massage
Not only does doing massage with your baby offer dedicated one-to-one bonding time, it helps infants struggling with the many symptoms of being a baby.
The massage strokes all have great benefits for baby including helping easing things like wind, constipation, teething, getting them into a more settled sleep, growing pains. For parents, it’s a beautiful way to get to know your baby a little bit more, and
