Got the boy in the gym tonight, he wanted to see what his deadlift 1rm was, we started light added n incremented upto 75kg.
Not bad for a 12 year old the rep was a little rounded in the shoulders at the top end but he'd had 4 attempts before the vid and his hands were hurting so ill let him off. 74 would of been a better more comfortable executed rep. Get on my boy! A little set up tweaking and lift start but not a bad attempt.
