✨ Signing off for a little while ✨

Tonight was my final sound bath before I head off for a week of rest (and a little adventure 🛳️).

After today I’ll be stepping away from messages and emails until 11th May — I’m giving myself some proper switch-off time to recharge.

✨ Sukha Sanctuary is officially open ✨

Last night felt really special. A soft launch of my new space with a small circle of women who’ve crossed my path in the most meaningful ways… a quiet thank you for the conversations, the support, and the shared moments along the way.
The space held us all so beautifully.

My very first sound bath in the studio will be held next Wednesday 29th April, and bookings are now live.
