We’re absolutely thrilled to welcome the amazing .chiro — Dr Helena Cope (D.C) — to our chiropractic family! 💫✨

Starting Monday 14th July, Helena will be available all day Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, bringing her exceptional care, energy and expertise to the clinic — and covering for Dr Freddie (D.C) while he enjoys some well-earned extended paternity leave 👶💛

Born and raised in Teignmouth, Helena’s journey has taken her from a First-Class Master’s degree in Chiropractic to working with dancers at the O2 and athletes across London, before adventuring through South America — and now she’s back in Devon to share her magic 🌍➡️🏡

Helena blends hands-on techniques like spinal adjustments and soft tissue therapy with rehab, dry needling, and a deep understanding of how the body really works. After an amazing chapter at 5 Brunel Buildings, we’re thrilled to share that the sale of our new home at 56 Keyberry Road is now complete!

This marks the beginning of a bold new chapter for our clinic. Over the coming months, we’ll be developing a beautiful, modern space designed to reflect everything we believe in: healing, connection, and community.

We expect to move into the new space in November 2025 — and we can’t wait to welcome you there!
