Marathon update: still plugging away and pounding the pavement.

For the best chance of forming new, healthy changes start the new habits small and easy. No more than 2 every 4-6 weeks. A good start is a healthy breakfast, swapping quick, convenient processed food for whole food. Porridge oats with water in the microwave for 2.5 mins and some good toppings.
