🌑✨ Winter Solstice Celebration: Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra & Elemental Sound Bath ✨🌑

Join Sally from Sink into Sink_into_Sound and Tina from Breathe - Yoga and Wellness for a wonderful relaxing event on the day of the Winter Solstice—a time of stillness, reflection, and renewal.

Embrace the longest night of the year with practices that nurture the body, calm the mind, and awaken the spirit.

🧘‍♀️ What to Expect:

• Restorative Yoga: Gently ease tension and sink into deep relaxation with soothing restorative postures.

• Yoga Nidra: Experience profound rest and healing through guided yogic sleep meditation.

• Elemental Sound Bath: Connect your mind and body through a journey of sound. Gongs, Tibetan Bowls, monochord and an array of acoustic instruments will be played to harmonise with the elements, to create a space for rejuvenation and rebalance to take place.
