Think you’re getting enough fibre? Think again.
Most people in the UK aren’t even hitting half of the recommended 30g a day.
This is an example day hitting nearly 45g of fibre, while still being balanced, filling, and high in protein.
Need to boost your intake? Here’s some tips:
👉🏼Swap white carbs for wholegrain versions
👉🏼Add beans or lentils to meals wherever you can
👉🏼Snack on fruit, nuts, or seeds
👉🏼Throw an extra portion of veg onto your plate (or into smoothies)
👉🏼Don’t forget high-fibre staples like oats and chia seeds
