Not just a shred. Not just a fitness class.
A SHIFT in how you train, think, and approach your health and fitness.
SHIFT starts on Monday 2nd February and is about doing things properly.
No extremes. No quick fixes. No burning yourself into the ground.
SHIFT is about:
• building strong habits
• learning how to train well
• creating a base that actually lasts
THE GOAL?
That you never feel the need to “shred” again.
WHAT STAYS THE SAME
✔️ Hard, fun, high-energy group sessions (once per week)
✔️ App access, training programme and BIG progression
✔️Recipe pack, habit & nutrition tracking
WHAT’S NEW?
SHIFT is now part of a series of 6-week training blocks across the year, each with a different focus, so progress continues instead of repeating the same cycle.
Alongside a weekly group session, everyone on SHIFT follows a structured training plan through my coaching app, so progress happens all week, not just in one class!
Some will lose weight.
Some will gain strength.
Everyone will leave with better habits, better understanding and more confidence.
SHIFT isn’t a crash diet, intense bootcamp or daily exhaustion.
SHIFT is for people who want to keep progressing, not start over every few months.
It’s structured training, education, consistency and a foundation you can build on year after year.
