With more than 10 years industry experience and two degrees under my belt, I have worked with a diverse clientele, including those seeking injury rehabilitation, weight loss or strength improvements, to women wishing for a healthy pregnancy. My main goal is to help you upgrade your fitness, nutrition and overall health, all whilst enjoying the process and developing healthy, sustainable habits to last a lifetime.

What excites me most is helping busy individuals like you achieve their health and fitness goals. I also understand that not everybody feels comfortable in a gym environment. My private space creates the perfect environment for us to focus on you and your goals. If you'd rather a virtual experience, I also offer online coaching, where you can benefit from the same level of service, from the comfort of your own home. And if it's qualified, trusted nutrition guidance you're after, as a Registered Nutritionist (ANutr) I am confident I have the knowledge and the skills to help you. Be it weight management, disordered eating, food intolerances, sports performance or family / pre or post natal nutrition.
