A big shout out to all you brave souls who have embraced minus temperatures the last few days to sauna and (very) cold plunge in the beautiful River Dart on Dartmoor 💚

💫Christmas is just around the corner, and with the sauna open every day until 5th January (apart from Christmas Day), it’s shaping up to be a busy few weeks.

So I didn’t want to miss the chance to say a HUGE thank you to the incredible Wilder team for all the energy, ideas, inspiration, smiles, and hard work you’ve given since we opened our doors by the river.
Thank you for your patience and flexibility as we continue to find our feet running a sauna — and for navigating all the unique challenges that come with being riverside.
You truly are the best team we could ask for.

A sad day on the river today as we lost one of precious trees to Storm Bram yesterday as well as a lot of turf and wood chip. 🌳

Never fear we are hard at work fixing up the site ready for you and will be open this afternoon from 3pm for communal bookings.

We intend to plant a tree to replace this one to help support the river bank and the fish that live in the river.
