Follow the path. 🌿

That quiet walk from the car park — past the trees, the sound of the Teign getting closer, the world falling away.

At the end of it: a wood-fired sauna tucked into the riverbank at in Chagford, deep in Dartmoor. Windows onto the water. Heat when you need it. A cold river plunge when you’re brave enough.

This place genuinely feels like a secret. Like you stumbled onto something that wasn’t meant to be found.

We are so excited to welcome Anneli Stollar for this very special collaboration, bringing together heat, sound, and nature in one deeply immersive experience.

We begin in the warmth of the sauna. The body softens. The nervous system unwinds. From within the heat, Anneli’s live sound begins to weave — flute, voice, chimes, subtle tones. As the experience unfolds, crystal bowls, drum, and flute carry through the air, creating a layered soundscape to simply rest within and be.

This space offers: 🌿 Deep relaxation for body and mind 🌿 A gentle reset for the nervous system 🌿 Space to slow down and reconnect 🌿 Immersion in heat, sound, and the natural elements

Sunday 5th July | 9.30am – 2.00pm with Emma Cunis

Follow ancient paths through the Teign Gorge — trodden by fishermen, hunters, mill workers and artists. Expect sweeping moorland views, moss-covered boulders, lichen-draped trees, otters, salmon, and the legendary Logan Stone. 🦦🌾

Afterwards — warm up in the Wilder Sauna riverside wood fired sauna at our new Chagford site, then take a dip in the copper-gold River Teign. 🏊‍♀️✨
