Templer Wellbeing April Challenge: Spring Clear Out 🌸

Spring has officially arrived, making it a great time for a fresh start.

This month’s challenge is simple - declutter one thing a day. Whether it’s your wardrobe, a cupboard, your car, or even your mind, small changes can make a big difference.

Donate it, throw it away, or write it down - whatever works for you.

Taking a little time to clear space can help reduce stress, improve focus, and create a calmer environment.

Why not give it a go this April?

April is Bowel Cancer Awareness Month

If you’re aged 54–74, you’ll automatically be sent a bowel cancer screening kit in the post.

It only takes a few minutes and it could save your life.

If your kit arrives, don’t put it off. Put it by the loo and get it done.

If you have ongoing symptoms like blood in your poo, a change in bowel habit, tummy pain or unexplained weight loss - please contact us.
