We’ve been out in Torquay Harbour today asking the public what their first thought is when they hear the word dementia.

Last month was Alzheimer’s month and at Home Instead - South Devon we offer support to local families who are affected. So we wanted to hear stories from others who might be in similar situations or who who would like to know more about dementia.

We’re delighted that Chloe will once again be leading these wonderful community music sessions – come along to play, sing, dance, listen and chat. No musical skill required, just bring yourself and enjoy the fun! 💜

We are so proud of one of our fantastic Care Professionals, Deb, who is organising a bake sale to raise money for Breast Cancer Now 💕.

Deb is not only brilliant at caring for her clients and supporting her colleagues, but she also goes above and beyond in the community. We’re delighted to be hosting her bake sale in our training room at:

We stand alongside the local families affected by dementia. Our trained Care Professionals provide comfort, understand, and support every day.
