✨ Darlington… we’re coming. ✨

Sisters of Support is opening a brand new group at Darlington Connect on Thursday 26th March, and we couldn’t be more excited.

But for those who are new here… who are we?

Sisters of Support is a peer-led women’s mental health community. We exist to create safe, confidential spaces where women can come exactly as they are — no judgement, no fixing, no pressure. Just real conversation, real understanding, and real connection.

We know how heavy life can feel sometimes. We know how isolating it can be to think you’re the only one struggling. And we also know how powerful it is to sit in a room and realise… you’re not alone.

That’s why we do this.

Over 100 women already access our groups across County Durham, and now we’re expanding into Darlington to reach even more women who deserve support, community and a place to breathe.

This is a women only 18+ safe space to share whatever is on your heart. Whether you’re navigating stress, grief, anxiety, overwhelm, or you just need connection — we are here. We are listening.

If you’ve been waiting for a sign to step into something supportive and empowering… this might be it 🤍

Tonight at gilpin we had the wonderful Claire from Cancer Awareness Team County Durham to talk to us all about prevention for cancer xx it was very informative and extremely helpful for the ladies 💜 thank you kindly Claire for your time xx

Tonight at our wonderful bishop group we were led by our new facilitator Debbie in doing some more crafts! It was a wonderful night xx thank you so much🩷
