✨️When you panic or anxiety happens, how do your describe it?

✨️When using the word attack you may immediately think, battle.

✨️Changing the word can impact how your body deals with it.

✨️I started to call it an "experience", this small change helped.

✨️It turned it into something I was more able to manage.

✨️It took away the battle and lessened the experience.

✨️Using various techniques also helps hugely with the experience.

Just a little update from when I originally posted this....

I've been running my successful practice for 3 years in June this year (2026) and I am now 7 weeks from finishing my MA!!

I am sad to be leaving the course, as it has been the most amazing, life changing learning journey for the past 5 years at Bishop Auckland College!!

However, I am super excited about my future and what lies ahead!!

Never give up on your dreams and believe you CAN do it....I am proof of that!!

It's taken me 2 1/2 years to build my practice up to the successful point it is now.

It has been hard fought for through studying and the sacrifices I have made.

Still continuing as I near the end of my MA in Creative & Wild Psychotherapy in June 2026.

Is it worth it? Absolutely 100%

It truly is a privilege to share a space where beautiful souls are able to open up, to be heard, and seen.

Oftentimes I am told it is the first time this has happened for them in their life.
