You look after your health with a Doctor, your eyes with an Optician, teeth - a Dentist. But what about your mental health, the fundamental thing that is 'you'? We tend to overlook it, and like anything left - it rarely gets better on its own. It's a subject that can carry a stigma, seldom mentioned, usually ignored, suffered in silence until it can't be ignored any longer. This results in unnecessary suffering and sometimes worse - it's a shameful indictment of our society. If you don't look after 'you' then who will?

1 in 4 people will experience a mental health problem this year - we want to help as many as we can work through them. We're a Counselling Service dedicated to helping you 'embrace yourself'. We believe that 'good mental health' is one of the most important facets of modern life and that by addressing problems early - we can help people, young and old find their peace and get on with living, because that's what life is for.
