My passion is in inspiring health, happiness and well-being. And I do that by helping you find what you are looking for. Whether it be strength, motivation, resolution and acceptance, peace or simply a change in perception. And because I do it well, I get you to do it well….aswell! I've a degree in Psychology, am a clinical hypnotherapist, certified master hypnotist as well as an NLP and Timeline practitioner. I am a member of GHR and BPsS. I'm proud to be the registered hypnotherapist for the Durham County Carers Association and have built a reputation that GP's can trust in. Hypnotherapy for Health is approved and recommended by the NHS. HfH is an independent clinic offering a fully qualified and insured therapy service from the private health suite at Peaseway Medical Centre.

Sometimes New Year’s resolutions can feel like a lot of pressure, especially when they focus on big changes.

Setting gentler intentions, like taking small steps or being kinder to ourselves, can remove some of that pressure. Celebrating our progress as it comes.

Growth doesn’t always have to start on the 1st January. We can embrace it at our own pace, all year round.
