Really interesting night, learned the history and the reason Hanukkah is celebrated. We enjoyed some traditional bread and doughnuts. Lit the candles and played the Dradle game. Was great to hear of this celebration that celebrates dedication and the light of the world. We pray for those who are affected by antisemitism and pray for peace and unity across the world. For all of us at Aglow Aycliffe Happy Hanukkah and Merry Christmas. May 2026 be filled with peace, love, joy and blessings x God Bless

Ladies, have you ever wanted to understand the meaning of Hanukkah and learn the importance of its celebration? Well Aycliffe Aglow have the privilege of holding a Hanukkah Celebration on Monday 15th December at 7.15pm. Rose Driver will be hosting this special event and introducing us to the beautiful and symbolic meaning of this festival. Please book in and let us know if you would like to attend (we need numbers asap for catering). Its £5 per person and will be an amazing night. We look forward to seeing you x

Great night at Aglow Aycliffe. Karen shared on Faith and Thanksgiving and how we need to keep a spirit of thanksgiving during all seasons of our lives and stay connected to God. God is our provider so we do not need to fear or find our own way.
