We would like to remind you lovely folk that Easter is next week and we will be closed from Friday 18th April until Monday 21st April, reopening on Tuesday 22nd April.

It takes our lovely GP colleagues THREE WORKING DAYS to process your requests so get them in quick sharp to make sure you get your medicines in a timely fashion!

2024 has been a massive year here at Bewick Pharmacy! As the year draws to a close and we look forward to the 2025, we would like to thank all our customers past, present and future!

We would also like to take a moment to remember those who are no longer with us, those we have loved and lost in 2024. We would like to offer our care and support to those they have left behind and we'll raise a glass of something fizzy in their memory!

Now that Christmas has been and gone, we are closed again for this weekend before 2025 starts next week!

If you need access to your medicines over the closures, you can request an emergency supply from a pharmacy that is open - many are open as usual this weekend!

December is always quite stressy in Pharmacyland what with all the people who’ve been to three Christmas parties and worn the festive jumpers for weeks forgetting to order their medicines in time for Santa coming.

However, that’s all just drowned out when one of your patients phones up to ask how many of us work here and hand knits you a chocolate orange each.

Can you guess who is who though? 🤣🎅🏽

Please don’t be a stressy Jessy, order your medicines in good time for Christmas so that our gang can keep smiling!

We quite often hear how difficult patients find it to try and access the GP surgery but the frustration should be with those who have an appointment and then don’t attend. Of course there will be the odd occasion where this is unavoidable but if you have an appointment and can’t make it, please try and cancel it so that the opportunity could be offered to someone who needs it!
