Jeff successfully complete the Culzean castle trail 10km last week. He has attended LA Physio with intermediate knee troubles but he is a great patient and always does home exercises!
We love seeing patient photos from finish lines and events!!!

21st December - the elf is a little late posting about his treatment on Friday - he’s been out having too much fun!

With some stiffness in his back he really feels the benefit of acupuncture, some stretches and advice from the LA physio

20th December - The elf is struggling with a limp! The team at LA physio have fitted him with a crutch to reduce the load and help him in his recovery.

Walking aids can be a great way to help someone with acute or chronic pain. Often temporary and we can rehab you back to walking independently!!

Gentle reminder from the elf to take regular postural breaks!

Wrapping can lead to some lower back or neck ache or stiffness - this will be reduced by regular changes in position, get the tunes on and dance about the kitchen!!
