Mental Health Swims Loch Trool Monthly Loch Trool meet ups to boost your mental wellbeing. Dips not distance, community not competition. Hi, I'm Beth (she/her).

Come along and paddle, swim, dip or just enjoy the view! Everyone welcome, this is a safe space to enjoy friendly company and time in nature. I started swimming outdoors during the Covid pandemic and found there was nothing quite like it for soothing my anxiety. Being completely immersed in nature calms my mind and I always, always feel better after a dip. I am incredibly lucky to have Loch Trool on my doorstep; it is tranquil and beautiful whatever the weather. Swimming here has helped my mental health so much. I want to help others find the same benefits, so decided to start hosting Mental Health Swims. When I'm not swimming, I'm running our two holiday cottages and studying for a maths degree with the OU.
