“Wow… I’m finally feeding myself properly.
My energy is improving.
And I actually know how to make this work for me and my family.”

A client, a few weeks into working together.

She was trying to be “healthy”.

Eating more salads.
Choosing fruit.

Avoiding “treating” herself.
Trying to get a bit of exercise in when she could.

On paper, it looked like she was doing the right things.

But she still felt exhausted.

Her stomach often felt heavy and bloated.
Her energy didn’t hold through the day.
And by the evening, she had very little left.

She’d stand in the kitchen not knowing what to cook.

Trying to feed a family with different tastes.
Short on time.
Already tired.

And then that familiar moment in the afternoon…

Hungry, but not really sure what her body needed.
Reaching for something quick just to get through.

By bedtime, she was completely knackered…
but still taking ages to get to sleep.

What changed? It was understanding.

Her body began to feel more predictable.
Her energy became steadier.
Food stopped feeling like something she was constantly trying to get right.

She said,
“I finally know how to make sure I’m getting what I need… and it works for all of us.”

What that looked like for her was this:

She could walk into the kitchen and know what to make without overthinking it
Meals felt simple and doable, even on busy days
She wasn’t hitting that same 4pm wall
She felt satisfied after eating instead of uncomfortable

Her sleep began to come more easily because her body was properly supported

Nothing extreme.

But everything felt more settled.

Inside my one-to-one work, we start to clear what is no longer serving…
and then we begin to build nourishment back in.

Not through rigid plans or cutting everything out.

But by helping you understand what your body is asking for.

So you’re not following something that doesn’t quite fit.

You’re developing the skill to understand what your unique body needs…
and learning how to support your physiology and your life in a way that works for you, and your family.

You’re not confused about what to eat.

You know.

But by mid afternoon your energy has dipped again.
You’re tired.
A bit fed up.

So you grab something quick.

Just to get through.

And afterwards

You feel it.

Bloated.
Heavy.
Frustrated with yourself.

The guilt

Telling yourself you’ll be more “on it” tomorrow.

Trying to rely on willpower when your body is already depleted.

Perhaps you know you can change what’s actually driving it.

The women I work with often arrive:

Doing everything right.
Still bloated.
Patterns of overwhelm and exhaustion surfacing again

And quite quickly:

• digestion begins to settle
• energy becomes more reliable
• the urge to grab anything quick starts to fade

The conditioning runs deep whether it is money, relationships or food.

Fueling your body is a sacred act, a relationship that runs deeper than what you cut out or how healthy you think you are eating.

There’s a moment many women reach where something quietly becomes clear.

The body can’t be ignored anymore.

From the outside, life still looks fine.

But there are signals you still quietly ignore.

More bloated than ypu would rather be
Medication that doesn't feel aligned
Lying awake at night even though you’re exhausted.

Many of the women who come to me are thoughtful and health conscious.

They’ve already tried removing foods.
Taking supplements.
Reading articles aboy 'insert inflammation'late at night.

But nothing quite works.

Because the body doesn’t stabilise through random solutions.

It stabilises when we begin to understand how the systems of the body actually work together.

Digestion.
Liver function.
The nervous system.
Metabolism.

When these begin to stabilise, women often notice the same changes.

Energy becomes more predictable.
Digestion becomes calmer.
Thinking becomes clearer.
Inflammatory reactions soften — both physically and emotionally.

Life starts to feel easier again.

This is the work we do inside Sacred Nourishment™, through my Self Mastery Method™.

It’s not about strict diets, doing more excercise or finding the right supplement

It’s about reconnecting with the intelligence of your body and learning how to support it properly.

We have been brought up in a world that teaches separation.

Separation between the subjects we learn.

Between mind and body.

Between science and spirituality.

Between ourselves and nature.

Between one another.

Yet when we look more closely, we see something different.

Night and day belong to one rhythm.

The tide moves in and out.

There is a full specturm between right and wrong.

And between good and bad.

Both exist because of the other.

This same principle applies to our health.

If we support the body without considering our emotions, our sense of purpose, our connection to nature, or our spiritual self, something feels incomplete.

If we lean only into the spiritual and ignore the intelligence of biology, something remains ungrounded.

My first degree was in Biological Sciences. I have always been curious about how energy and matter move and transform.

Eastern Philosophies and life sciences, like Yoga and Ayurveda drew me in because they do not separate body from mind, or physiology from spirit. They understand the human being as a whole ecosystem.

Dr Clare Nurture Your Energies shares this understanding.

With over 30 years of medical experience in obstetrics and gynaecology, alongside advanced training in energy medicine, she has supported women through every stage of life, from menarche to menopause and beyond.

Together we are bringing these worlds together.

Her medical expertise and connection to energy as a medicine.

We are living through a powerful transition.
Things are shifting quickly, personally and collectively and many of us can feel we’re at a turning point.

Rather than feeding the noise or the drama of what’s collapsing, we’re choosing to come together in a different way:
rooted, heart led, and intentional.

This week, we’re holding two donation based gatherings for those who feel called to pause, reflect, release, and reconnect. Open to all.

🌿 Thursday 12th | 2–3pm
A live group coaching space to give voice to what you are no longer willing to tolerate and to gently let go of what’s ready to fall away.

Held by Barbara (Psychosynthesis Psychotherapist and wise elder presence) and Katherine (pioneer in heart led leadership).
This session will not be recorded, to allow for honest, confidential sharing.

🌙 Friday 13th | 11–11.30am
A short but potent meditation and prayer as we step into the Year of the Horse together, remembering that we are not powerless, and that when we come together in heart coherence, we help shift the balance toward more humane, fair, and balanced ways of living.
This session will be recorded, so you’ll receive the recording even if you can’t attend live.

We are in the final days of the Celtic Dreamtime.
The last moments before Imbolc’s seeding.
Still inside the shedding phase of the Year of the Snake.

This is a rare window, where identity can loosen without force, where clarity can arise without striving,
where what is ready to fall away can do so gently
when held and witnessed by others.

There’s something profoundly sacred that happens when women gather.
When we feel safe enough to share, to be seen, to soften.

Tash described it beautifully after our Sacred Homecoming retreat in Galloway:

“There was such a sense of reflection with each other. A lot gets unlocked through that. The capacity to share and to receive means deep transformations can occur.
By the end, everyone knew everyone. There was this sisterhood connectivity where you could sit with anyone and talk.

And being in circle with Eda, he’s an incredibly spiritual woman. Like the medicine women I’ve met in the Caribbean. She’s deeply concerned with rituals, mindfulness, sacredness, and the layers of consciousness meeting our surroundings. She was the grandmother of the space, holding ancient wisdom and lineage. Watching her was like being in the presence of a mentor who walks her talk. You could see what she was doing and bring it into your own embodiment. What does this mean for my work, my connections, the way I hold space? She demonstrated powerful teaching lessons through her being.” 

The food was amazing, full of spices, colour, and care.
Everything was energy giving and healthy and vibrant.
Lorna is an exceptional cook. Everything felt alive with freshness.

And our sacred home, The Hill of Burns: The land is as equally impressive as the house, with 300 year old trees, a babbling brook, and care and consiousness put into every detail . There’s a real connection to the land because of what it holds… it ancient and that's where the magic is.”

The body can’t hear the soul through biscuits and chocolate cake.
Sorry, it’s true😅 (no judgement here).

You know that you can connect to universal consiousness through meditation, mantras, and rituals.
But there is a missing piece as your spiritual grow and the growth of your work doesn’t just come through moments of stillness
It lives in your biochemistry, in the micro signals your body sends every second of every day.

Every thought, every bite, every breath, every late night shapes the way your cells communicate.

When you eat artificial or processed foods like sugar, refined carbs, additives, and preservatives, they disrupt hormones like leptin, the one responsible for telling your brain, “I’m full.”

When that signal gets blocked, your body stops hearing truth.
You keep reaching for more:
More food.
More stimulation.
More dopamine.
More desires.

It’s not just biology.
It’s a reflection of spiritual disconnection, the body searching for something real in a world that keeps feeding it synthetic substitutes, or illusions of the ever chasing and striving for more.

And yet, the way back is profoundly simple:
🍲 Eat home cooked, seasonal food.
🌿 Choose ingredients that come from the earth, not a factory.
💧 Nourish your body with neutraceuticals not pharmaceuticals
🧘‍♀️ Move your body with reverence, not resistance.
🕯️ Let your meals become sacred, a moment of presence.

When you begin to feed your cells clean information, everything recalibrates.

Your digestion clears.
Your mind quiets.
Your breath evens out.
Your nervous system shifts from consumption to conservation.

This is where Sacred Nourishment™ begins, not in restriction, but in remembrance.
A return to rhythm.
To rest.
