Wow how I miss you all! I had this lovely little message with my morning Cyprus coffee ☕
It really got me thinking and I'd like to set you a CHALLENGE!
if your feeling upto it read on......

I was thinking & thought I can definitely take more opportunities to make someone smile & that's including myself..... Smiling is just a great tonic, it's contagious! Just think how much it's can help you feel better when something or someone (including yourself) makes you smile because the chemical reaction to the physical effect of you smiling is your brain releasing tiny molecules called neuropeptides to help fight off stress. Then other neurotransmitters like dopamine, serotonin and endorphins come into play too. The endorphins act as a mild pain reliever, whereas the serotonin is an antidepressant.

Having a more positive outlook will give you better mental health, seeing "the bright side of life" so to speak will naturally make you think of this that make you smile and there for feel better!

So there lays a double whammy!
So even if say no-one is helping you smile more or you struggle to do it for yourself by thinking of things that make you smile more then you can do it for others!
You can look at more as helping others, by smiling at other people your the catalyst for a chain reaction. It's contagious, you will help that person feel happier and calmer by smiling at them, as they will reactive smile at you but then the chemical reaction in their brain will kick in without them even knowing AND inturn this act of kindness to help someone else will have the same benefit to you 💖🙌

Can you challenge yourself today to see how many opportunities you can take to make someone smile and see the effect it has on them and see how it feels for you too!
