Crisis Cafe 110 at Hope House in St Helens is a safe, welcoming space for anyone experiencing emotional distress, a mental health crisis, or simply finding things hard to manage. You don’t need an appointment or referral just drop in, take a breath, and find understanding and support.

Warrington & Halton Support Hub is open every evening for any mental health support over the festive period.
Trained professionals can provide face-to-face, email & video calls for emotional, social & practical support to anyone.
They can support if you are in crisis or feel you are heading toward a crisis situation
