Due to new government guidelines I am now able to offer outdoor group fitness programmes. I'm looking to offer group circuit sessions twice or three times a week depending on demand and weather permitting.

I am looking at running these class 6pm-7pm Monday, Wednesday and Thursdays. Due to social distancing measures the class will we restricted to 12 people per session therefore you would be required to book your place.

Each session with be £3 per person for the hour.

What an amazing experience of using a cryotherapy chamber for the first time! Having just 3 mins in the chamber the effects are brilliant. I feel energised, the ni**le in my shoulder had subsided and above all my body will continue to burn 500-800 for up to 24hrs after. fully recommended and will be using this on a regular basis along with my training to get the full results of this.
