Reflexology can help mitigate the effect this has on our wellbeing and keep us functioning optimally. Reflexology is an excellent preventative therapy as most illness will occur when your body is not functioning at its peak. When receiving your reflexology treatment, I will be able to identify any areas of imbalance within your body and will work on them accordingly. This can result in relief from stress and anxiety, improve sleep patterns and help with constipation and menstrual issues, to name a few.
