2016 vs now. My journey to medical aesthetics.

In 2016, my world looked very different. I had just accepted my dream role as a GP nurse practitioner at a local practice and become a mum for the first time. I was juggling night feeds, responsibility, and learning how to care for someone before myself.

I wasn’t in aesthetics in 2016 but I continued to be immersed in medicine, responsibility, and evidence-based decision making which followed on from many years in the hospital before.

Fast-forward 10 years…

I’m now a mum of three boys, and the founder of a nurse-led medical aesthetics clinic. Becoming a mum didn’t change my values — it strengthened them.
I believe in:
• safety before trends
• subtle rejuvenation
• long-term skin health
• treatments that age beautifully alongside real life
Because when you’re a mum, you don’t want trends —
