Absolutely no bloody filters needed ☀️ ⛰️

In one of my favourite places with a dog at my heels 🐶

Incredibly lucky to have this around me! 2 dogs who need the outdoors and a child hungry for adventure ❤️

It’s so easy to forget how much you miss the hills, air & sun on your face! Since opening clinic it has been BUSY… and the routine change has been a struggle to say the least! Less time to train- physically and mentally I am feeling it- but this will always be my baseline, and for that, I am always grateful! 🙏

Embracing lighter days and nights ❤️

I’m not one to ask for a spot when lifting 🏋️‍♀️

The gym wasn’t busy and my usual spotter wasn’t in.

I’d already enthusiastically waved at someone who I thought I knew… I did not know them. They did not know me 😂🤷‍♀️

Once I pulled the bar off the rack it felt HEAVY

There was one other guy in the gym. And I asked him if he would mind giving me a spot.. because I wasn’t sure I would get my arse off of the floor!!

No hesitation. He agreed. He was RESPECTFUL. He encouraged me. When I told him I struggled through the rep- he told me I ‘smashed it’ and he congratulated me… He then went back to his workout.

I thought I was lifting 65kg, turns out it was a 70kg back squat- for me that’s A LOT!! No wonder it felt heavy! Personal PB 🥇

Don’t be afraid to ask for help, don’t be afraid to ask for a spot, even guidance. People have time for you and they will help you ❤️

If you ever see me in the gym.. ask me.

Ask me if you can work out with me, ask me about your form, ask me to spot you. I AM HERE FOR IT 💥
