POSTNATAL PILATES 🧘‍♀️ 🤱

I'm looking at putting on a 6 week postnatal pilates course for mums and babies - who would be interested? It would be focused on rebuilding core and pelvic floor strength and stability after pregnancy and childbirth, getting moving and feeling good 💪 🤩

- Thursdays 12-1 at Llandrinio Village Hall, during the last school half term
- £50 for the six weeks - to be paid before the start of the course. No drop ins and you commit and pay for all 6 weeks.
- suitable for women 6 weeks postpartum and beyond (12 for c section mums)
- babies up to crawling stage can attend with their mum
- led by me, qualified pilates instructor, level 3 pre and postnatal exercise instructor and also a mum of two young children

Numbers will be limited so I can support everyone but I also need to have a minimum number of ladies to be able to run this course, so please let me know if you'd be interested by commenting below 😃

Sorry for the radio silence this year! Hope all you wonderful families are doing well! It’s so lovely to come back to this page from time to time and see all last years babies celebrating first birthdays, new siblings, and family fun! Hope you are all still enjoying some massage too!

This is just a message to say that since I last posted, I have started a wonderful new job which I am loving! And if I see you through my new role, I will definitely be raving to you about the wonderfulness of baby massage; but it also means I don’t have regular free time to arrange classes which I am gutted about!

BUT do not fear! There are some other fabulous local teams providing baby massage (and it’s free!). Local health visiting teams in Newtown and Welshpool run regular groups, and Cymraeg I Blant also provide wonderful baby massage and yoga groups. I have shared their pages on my page so do go and take a look!

Thank you for all the support last year, I had so much fun with you all and learnt so much too! 💜 Laura x
