🏡 Moving into a new home is exciting — but it can also feel overwhelming, especially for young people with limited support around them.

Thanks to extra funding from The Fine & Country Foundation , we can now offer 20 Home Support Bundles that include not only the essentials but also those little comforts that help turn a house into a home. Once they're gone they're gone! 💛

🧺 Meet at Rekindle at 1pm | 🍓 Open to all 16–25s

Celebrate the end of summer with us in true chilled-out Rekindle style — picnic blankets, snacks, and good company in Dolerw Park (weather permitting!).

Bring your favourite picnic bits, a blanket, and soak up some fresh air with the crew. No pressure to bring anything fancy — just come as you are, and bring something to share if you’d like.

☔️ If the weather misbehaves, we’ll move it indoors and keep the relaxed vibes going.
