As of 3rd November Slimming World are offering FREE rejoining to lapsed members, to enable you to restart your weight loss journey, and are supporting you with a Free ‘This Time’ book, to help you start afresh, with a new mindset towards a new you!

So there will free joining in my all my groups

❣️There are 17 weeks until the end of 2024 - weeks where you can make a difference, get support and help and lose weight. In 17 weeks, losing just a pound a week (on average) you would be a stone by the time New Year comes around (2 stone lighter if you achieve 2lbs a week!).
But if you wait and put it off because of events, birthdays or holidays, then when it comes to January, you could be a stone and a half heavier.
In group we can help you manage an active social life, holidays, enjoy your meals out and all of what birthdays/events may throw at you. Don’t let this stop you. Make a decision for now, make a decision to come and join a group as soon as possible. Let’s start your journey and manage all the bumps along the way.

Schools have or are about to return and what I'd absolutely love is to see familiar faces return to group as I totally know how tough it is to join that very first time but to me it can be even tougher to join 'again!'

When I speak to absent friends then most often their reason for not returning to group is because they are sad at the weight they have gained since leaving group but as someone who's been there, done that then I just wanted to say.......

That makes me so sad as it is **YOU** I miss, not your dress size! It is the person who I have shared smiles with, who I have offered words of wisdom to, who I will have text or written to, it is the person who made a difference to me and to their friends in group.

If you aren't totally happy about where you are presently then be brave...... come back and grab your seat in group..... come back and let me help again! No one will be anything other than thrilled to see you as it will mean you are trusting us enough to try again ❤

Let's end 2024 feeling better, healthier, lighter, happier 😉 xx
