I’m so proud of everything we’ve built this year. Being surrounded by such incredible humans makes me feel genuinely grateful.

Thank you to every single person who walked through the door, chose themselves, and showed up for the people around them. This community means more to me than you’ll ever know.

So many women come to us believing their body is “past it.”
That the aches, stiffness, and loss of confidence are just part of getting older.

But more often than not, it isn’t age.

It’s years of being busy, ashamed, tired, and putting everybody else before you 🫶

Your body adapts to what you ask of it.

If you stop lifting, moving, reaching, challenging… it slowly lets those things go.

But the beautiful part?

It adapts again when you start.

You don’t need to punish yourself.
You don’t need to be “fit” to begin.
You just need a space where you feel supported, coached, and safe to rebuild trust in your body again, because you deserve that ladies!

Train the things you want to keep.

Strength. Confidence. Independence.

That’s what we do here.

Christmas doesn’t look the same for everyone.
And if this time of year feels loud, heavy, or a bit overwhelming — you’re not alone.

Our festive classes are here as a pause button.
A place where you can step away from the noise, move your body, breathe, and just be you for an hour.

✨ These sessions are open to everyone — you don’t need to be a member.
✨ No pressure. No expectations. No “working off” Christmas food.

Movement over the festive period isn’t about burning mince pies. It’s about getting back into your body.

Clearing your head.

Taking time for YOU.

Come as you are.

Train, move, chat — or just exist.

we’re giving them a place to run, laugh, learn, and feel proud of themselves again.

Not for the tough workouts, the sore legs, or the early alarms.

So many people put off starting classes because they think it’s scary. The workouts, the equipment, the idea of being “the new one.”

But here’s the truth… it’s not the weights or the workouts that make this place special.
It’s the people. 💥

The connections made in this mad world are what really matter — the check-ins before class, the catch-ups after, the laughter mid-workout, and the friendships that grow stronger every week.

That’s what keeps people coming back.
That’s what makes the hard work feel worth it.
That’s what makes you feel seen.

I’m here for the look in your eyes as you lift 2.5kg heavier than you did 7 weeks ago, because you fu***ng grafted for it.

I’m here for that, as I know that it’s really not about a win in the gym. It’s about you forming a version of yourself that you like. That you’re proud of.

It’s about you believing that you can do hard things. Because if you do them in here you can do them out there.

It’s more than a gym
