Wow. 11 years ago I did my 1st talk to a group about the different therapies and their benefits. Amelia had been watching me practice and decided she wanted ago 😍. She was only 4 yrs old. I’m trying to get to take over my business when I get to frail 😜 but having none of it .

The last day of my run with Age Cymru Powys. We’ve covered some miles all over Powys since August.
Also presented with a gorgeous bouquet of flowers as a thank you for following them. I feel very much part of this team and they are a fantastic support to carers in Powys. These wellbeing days are vital to the fabulous carers and they so enjoy them. Hopefully I will get invited back next year 😜😜

We are desperately in need of 1 maybe 2 reliable Massage Therapists for a busy holiday park in Caersws.
This is on a self employed basis so you choose what hours per week/month you are available to provide some treatments. If you only have 4 hours to spare or an odd weekend we would be grateful of any help. At the moment there are 2 Therapists who both have their own businesses and at present between the spa and their own clients are working 7 days days a wk to provide various treatments to holiday guests.
Starting from £25 per hr. This is ideal for a therapist just starting out building a client base. The therapy team are very approachable and friendly so if you are interested please message me so we can chat further.

Getting some vitamin D before my last client of the day. I won’t want to get started again 😁. It’s so peaceful with the sound of bird song in the background. Then the long drive home to reflect on today’s Clients ☀️

Today is a good day for charging the stones. The moon is waxing, transitioning from a new moon to 1st quarter. This sends positive energy to the basalt (volcanic) rock to allow them to heat more efficiently and last longer during treatment. 😁
