I brew myself up a floral, earthy tea and cleanse my cards through energy releasing incense smoke, allowing the cards to step into fresh energy to carry messages towards me clearly.

I closed my little ritual with journaling and reflection, full of so much love for everything the cards offer me.

โœจ Relax and rest, giving your mind and body space to breath through a soothing sound journey.

โœจ The session is 7pm-8:30pm, you will be guided by meditation into a deep and peaceful sound healing journey where we find stillness and calmness.

๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธ You donโ€™t need to of ever attended a meditation or sound healing before, just come along ready to rest and unwind.

โœจ There will be time after the sound healing to reflect, journal, chit chat, sip a herbal tea and share anything you experienced during the healing.

โœจ Spaces are limited so please book your spot early.

โœจ *Please note session is not suitable for those pregnant in the first trimester, have epilepsy or a pacemaker*

โœจ At this Sound Bath, a mat, blanket and cushion are provided but please fetch along anything you may need to be extra comfortable.
The Sound Bath lasts around 45 minutes to an hour, during this time you will be lay down. If you feel you might struggle with this, please let me know so we can chat about alternative seating for you.

โœจYou may also like to fetch a journal and pen along with you if you wish to write any reflections down.

This is probably one of my favourite cards from this beautiful deck.
It speaks of cycles coming to an end and although sometimes painful, the end of something usually means the beginning of something new and more aligned for us.

Woven with threads of destiny and fate it reminds us that we can take our fate in our own hands, as we are powerful creatures with deep collective wisdom just waiting for us to tap into.

With the sunlight pouring through my window this morning and the mythical energy of this card carrying a call to take action of our own path, Iโ€™d like to ask you this.
