Come & join me, Liza Colley and Laura Evans Sears on Friday 10th October 10am to 2pm for a day of relaxation and crystal magic at The Fit4Life Studio, Newtown.

I will share my experience as a Crystal and Intuitive Family Therapist since 2011. Laura qualified as a Crystal Therapist in 2025.

During this workshop we will explore crystal energy to support you and your children's daily health and well being.

I will show you how to buy, cleanse and use crystals, how to use individual stones, crystal layouts, crystal nets and a crystal pendulum. Energy exchange is £75 to include a set of chakra crystals. Crystals will be available to purchase on the day. ✨✨ Message me Liza on 07981740214 or Laura on Social Media. £25 deposit required non refundable within 2 weeks of the event.

Bring a pillow and a blanket for cosy rest, yoga mats will be provided. Bring a nourishing packed lunch. Snacks, hot drinks and crystal water will be provided. Please bring any crystals you have that you would like help identifying.

A new client review 💖

A variety of crystal layouts were used with Hz music and a mindful meditation to help client relax.

A bit of a block around the root chakra so it was amazing to know that the client was feeling the Hematite to harness in their energy around feet to keep grounded 👌

I have a couple of clients who experience a variety of colours when they close their eyes during the crystal therapy sessions. I believe it is the persons inner knowing of the chakras that need work on to help with blockages and rebalancing but it’s also the Ajna chakra to why. Another term for the third eye chakra or brow chakra.

When various colours are being visualised it means that chakra is being activated. It is the sixth of the seven primary chakras in the body, located at the center of the forehead between the eyebrows. It is associated with intuition, inner wisdom and clarity so it is great response to experience that☺️

Red Tipped Amethyst

This crystal comes from the State of Para Brazil.
Red Tipped Amethyst combines the properties of Amethyst and Red Hematite. The Amethyst core has Red Hematite growing over it, this produces the dark red colour thus the name Red Tipped Amethyst.

Red Tipped Amethyst is for protection and grounding. It will help develop the movement of energy around the whole chakra system at the same time clearing and balancing of them.

I do tend to hold this when doing grounding work the strength of the hematite with Amethyst gives a strong centering and balancing feel 🧘🏻‍♀️

For those interested in the Reflexology part, recent studies has found the practice to be beneficial for blood pressure, it has a positive effect on the systolic and diastolic blood pressures of cardiovascular patients 🦶

Though people think of Reflexology as a foot massage as such, it really isn’t- it starts off with one☺️ before the actual focus of the practice begins.

It is actually applying pressure to specific points of the feet that are connected to different organs and parts of the body. Also the systems and energy of the body like the nervous system and our energy pathways and the flow of our energy in our bodies.

Reflexology carries a different focus and outcomes to the practice. Reflexology does provide the same in regards to stimulate circulation, increase flexibility in the feet and promote relaxation and overall well-being. But Reflexology also activates the systems in the body, improve internal organ function, and re-balance the body's energy system.

For all ages, helping different aspect’s of healing and wellbeing 🙌

I’ll be back in The Treatment Rooms Newtown
Friday 12th September and Friday 19th September due to a day change in work☺️ both days with times slots of :

9.30-11am and 12.30-2pm

The crystal therapy session involves using a range of crystal layouts and essences and 1-2 meditations that is tailored for the client.
Colour therapy and acupressure are only used if I feel necessary and agreed- just what is best to use for the client and in that session.

A free foot massage will be offered after the session just so I can practice the introduction to reflexology and to practice activating the ten zones on the feet☺️

Hello!

A bit of a different topic to crystals as I’m gradually adding holistic approaches to the business - as I’ve posted before that I am studying Reflexology, I will also be introducing Reflexology for children of all ages, coming soon 🦶

It is gentle, non evasive and relaxing to help their nervous systems shift into a more calm state. Beneficial for children with sleep struggles, anxiety, sensory overload, autism, learning disability and children’s overall emotional wellbeing.

I am qualified working with children so it made sense to introduce reflexology to children too☺️ The Diploma covers this age group as well.

Neals Yard Remedies is the brand I will be representing and using for Reflexology both adults and children.
Clients are welcome to order products through me if it takes their fancy.
