💚💜 Big Balls & Belly Laughs at Do It For You! 💜💚

There’s never a dull moment in our studio — especially when the big green balls come out 😏 (and the purple ones too, of course!).

By special request from our very own Mary and still pushing herself harder than half of us we brought out the core balls today… and let’s just say, it looked easier than it was! 😅

Between the wobbles, giggles, and a few questionable ball jokes (you know who you are 😜), we still managed to get a serious workout in.

💪 We meet you exactly where you are.

🌟 Member Spotlight: Rosalie Cobain & Roberta Skelton ! 🌟

When Rosie & Roberta first came through our doors, they thought chair exercise was all they could manage. But here’s the thing , they were a LOT fitter than they gave themselves credit for! 💪✨

Fast forward a few weeks and these besties are absolutely thriving in our other classes, smashing it every single time.

The progress both ladies have made has been incredible to watch – confidence up, fitness up, and energy through the roof. 🚀

And now… we’re officially in training camp. 🥊 Waiting on Carl Frampton to show up so Rosie or Roberta can take him on! (Carl, if you’re reading this – consider this your warning 😏).

We’re so proud of you guys – keep shining, keep smashing it, and keep proving to yourself just how strong you really are. 💛

🌟 Member Spotlight: MARIA 🌟

If there was ever living proof that age is just a number, it’s this legend right here 👊💥

Maria doesn’t just attend our classes… she OWNS them. Yoga, Boxercise, Tabata HIIT – she smashes it. Honestly, we’re starting to think she could turn pro in the boxing ring 🥊🔥 (watch out, Tyson Fury…).

Now, here’s the craic 👉 she tells us she’s 60 … but we’re not buying it. We’ve run the numbers and we’re pretty sure:

➡️ Moves like a 30-year-old
➡️ Looks like she’s in her 40s
➡️ Energy of a teenager on energy drinks
➡️ Actual age? A state secret we may never crack 😅

What’s her secret? A mix of showing up, looking after herself, and laughter 🤣👏

Would you like to join us this Friday evening, 19th September, at 6.30pm for a special Mental Health Stress Relief Meditation at the studio in Carnmoney.

At a request of a friend, I have decided to host this session at short notice so if you are free and need a much needed physical and mental rinse through, this be the 75 mins you have been waiting for.

It's a very casual session of breath work guided meditations and a focus on our chakras. We won't be shaking out chakras this time but rather resting and restoring. If your stress levels have been causing you too much pain lately, then please consider coming along. You don't need anything except yourself and wear comfy and cosy. You can even bring an extra blanket if you like.

Today, I shared this with my members, and so I thought I would share this with you too.

If you are struggling with your weight or mobility, can I ask you to please take a moment to listen to my words of advice this morning.

✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️

Move it or lose it is a real thing. It isn't just a rhyme you heard as a kid.

And in this post, this time, I'm not kidding 😔

I wish you ALL could feel how much movement and being free and mobile feels!

Then ontop of that, seeing your body evolve, muscle form, strength you never had, a lightness in your step, pain free and even more importantly, how easy life is to navigate. I live a new reality and it's nothing I have ever experienced before.

Why am I forcing you all towards your body magic like a lunatic on rollerskates!

Because!!

Exercise makes every day life easy!

Really easy. Even the heavy load is light. It has the weird ability of keeping you on the positive path even when you are faced with multiple struggles.

When this part of your brain is switched on by exercise, AND you keep feeding it, your mind can't defaulting to the positive solutions. Like magic 🎩 ✨️ 💖

Exercise is the fun and the energy behind your weightloss and if you aren't on your body magic journey yet, then you are setting yourself for a very slow and hard journey, that won't go anywhere.

This isn't all about moving towards cleaner food. That's only 1 step in the process. This is about moving towards healthy. And we can't get there if we skip whats needed.

❤️‍🩹If you are struggling to get around your every day life physically or mentally

❤️‍🩹 If pains are part of your norm now and you don't believe you can change this

❤️‍🩹 If your mental health is taking a nose dive

❤️‍🩹 If you have too many trips to the doctors

❤️‍🩹 If your weightloss isn't going anywhere

❤️‍🩹If you need alot of medication to manage your life

❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹

Then you have some really deep thinking to do, for your future self

We have all had to take this step.

You aren't immune to having to make the same changes we made.

No one gets through to the other side of healthy AND stays there, without exercise in their life. You and I both know this.

So, what really is stopping you? 🥺

It isn't your weight

It isn't your mobility

It isn't money

It isn't time

It isn't pain

It's YOU

With or without me, if you want to change your reality that you live in right now, you have to take ownership and stand up and do the work.

No one else will do it.

No one else can do it.

It's all down to you.

Not your family, not your doctor, not your friends.

If you want to change your life, you can

👁 See the path ahead and vision what it will be like in your future

❤️ Treat yourself with kindness and compassion and you work out what went wrong. No judgment.

Reset your compass today.

Don't wait until the right time.

You might never get it
