Last night the men's group did some festive pumpkin carving 🎃🎃

Great craic and banter throughout and our winner was the first photo below of a very talented man who did both a tree and a face!

The runners up and the carving are also shown showing men coming together and connecting 😊

Last night the Shankill mens group paid a visit to Larne to see how the group was getting on, enjoy some pizza and have some craic with a quiz night.

Well the Larne group may have won the trophy last night both groups won a night of craic and connection!

'til next time - the Shankill group will be studying encyclopedias each week to get a win 😂

Both men's group meet weekly with a group in Shankill and a group in Larne every Thursday evening 7-9pm and welcome new members. But seriously any men who know things join the Shankill group and help us redeem ourselves 😂💪

Great walk up Divis today with the group and the weather even stayed dry for us until we got to the car par

The rain didn't dampen our spirits at the men's group last night 🌧️🌧️

We managed to do a barbecue between rain showers and as always had great craic together.

Last night the men's group took a guided walk with Nev round some of Shankills murals hearing more about history and events in the local area.

Really engaging, informative and we all came away having learned something new!

The group meets every Thursday at 7pm in New Life City Centre and welcome any man aged 18+ who wants to join us 😊

The rain couldn't stop us enjoying a barbeque with the men's group at the community gardens with Stuart who has helped us plant and take care of fruits and vegetables! 😎

A great night had by all... Don't know about anyone else but we're still full! 🍔🌭🍗

The mens group was back down at the community gardens last night and we were really pleased to see how everything is coming along 😊

We even managed to harvest some of our strawberries as shown by BA😊

Last night the Shankill men's group hosted some of the guys from the Larne group for a game of bowls. 🎳

The men's group's vegetables are starting to sprout up at the Community Gardens under the expert guidance of Stuart!

With a new planter box built we'll soon be able to move some veg into it to let it fully grow 😊

Great opportunities for men wanting to connect and meet others. We meet every Thursday at 7pm and cover a range of health and wellbeing activities from growing veg, historical talks, complementary therapies nights and more - all free for local men aged 18+ in the community 👍

Last night the men's group tried their hand at some planting at Shankill Community Gardens. With special thanks to Stuart who was on hand to help and keep us right we've planted onions, lettuce and peas.

We'll be down during the coming weeks to tend to them and hopefully manage to grow some vegetables 🤞
