The PHA is aware of the meningitis outbreak recently reported in South East England. The UKHSA is leading the response to the outbreak and there is no increased risk to the population in Northern Ireland. However, it is important for everyone to be aware of the signs and symptoms of meningitis and the steps to take if they are concerned. For info see www.pha.site/MeningitisKent

If you would like to make sure your child's vaccination record is up to date, check their red book or contact the surgery and one of our reception team will be pleased to check this for you.

Vaccines protect your child from chickenpox, measles, whooping cough and other serious illnesses. 🧒

To ensure your child hasn’t missed any vaccinations, check their red book or speak to your GP practice.
