This year has been the biggest learning curve, it turns out going a million miles a minute isn’t good for the brain or body… who knew 🙈

I am so unbelievably grateful for this community, the opportunities that come my way, being able to see and draw, I don’t ever want to say no. But if we don’t look after ourselves, we can’t put our hearts out into the world.

Rambling now, but I hope anyone out there who need to see this, who needs to be reminded it’s okay to slow down,finds it. You’re spectacular, but even the brightest stars need to rest and recharge x
