Happy Sunday Slimmers - this was the hardest day of the week for me when I was on plan - Sunday was Funday 😂

Yes you have to make sacrifices, yes you feel like a party pooper sometimes with your products and your water - whilst everyone else is having wine and roast dinners.

But let’s face it and be honest - that’s what got us to the point where we needed to lose the weight right?

Accept it is only for a short while, to get you back to where you need to be. Complete the steps and stabilisation, embrace maintenance and you can have the wine and the roast again - in moderation obvs💗

First pic is me at 15st 3lbs, second pic is me on an all inclusive holiday last week in Barbados. I gained a few pounds having fun but I’ve already lost them less than a week later thanks to the 1:1 Diet.

Diet World Thinking:

"Well, that's bonnie night over for another year, hey-ho, it's nearly Christmas.

It's so flippin’ cold, my body NEEDS comfort food to keep it going this time of year.

Plus Christmas parties are going to start ramping up in a few weeks.
Life's too short to be miserable.
Might as well quit this diet lark for this year.

I'll worry about it next Spring" 😕(conveniently forgetting you said you can't diet in the Spring last year because you had too much on and wanted to drink in pub gardens and have bar-b-ques).

Happy Weight Life Thinking:

"8 weeks left until the end of the year. Great, that's 8 weeks more possibility.

Yes, I've got more social occasions than usual coming up.

But, the reasons why I wanted to let go of this weight are still very much there. If I quit now I know I'll 100% regret it come the New Year.

If I quit now, I can very easily (and lets face it probably will) gain about half a stone between now and the new year.

If I carry on, even if I plan some off-plan days to fit in around my social occasions, I could EASILY let go of half a stone (more depending on how many days I'm prepared to stick to plan)

So what’s the point in giving up?
I am the point here.
I'm dieting differently this time. The only thing I'm quitting is my old, unuseful "all or nothing" thinking.

I don't have to be 100% on a strict Step 100% of the time.

The beauty of The 1:1 plan is how flexible it is with the different Steps, and I'm going to take advantage of that.

So I'm going to put a plan in place, work out what Step I'm doing on what day.
Plan in my off-plan social occasions, and share my plan with my consultant to make that commitment to myself.

Life's too short for me to give up on my dream. I'm going to wake up on the first of January happy with and proud of myself.

I'm feeling really good about this now!" ❤️

Remember to drink your water today.... 💧

Some benefits of drinking water:

💧Helps improve memory & mood

💧It can reduce headaches & migraines

💧Can help reduce sugar cravings

💧It may help manage anxiety.

Hydration has an impact on the brain, as well as the body, and research has shown that even mild dehydration can have a negative impact on energy levels and moods, which may heighten the symptoms of anxiety.

So reach for the H2O and be sure to stay hydrated.

We recommend drinking 2.25ltrs per day on plan 💧

For years I’d given myself every excuse of why I couldn’t do it 🤷🏼‍♀️
I’d also told others excuses of why as well. Made out I was ok getting bigger and bigger…..
But one day enough was enough, I was fed up of hearing myself cry again and again and again.
BUT, It’s simple
The only person who can do it is you.
You can either constantly give excuses or you can consistently put the effort in. You can’t do both!
So here’s my effort 107lbs ⬇️ and I couldn’t be prouder of how far I’ve come ❤️
