Staying well-hydrated boosts your metabolism by helping your body burn calories more efficiently. Drinking cold water can give an extra metabolic kick, as your body uses energy to warm it up. Aim for at least 8 glasses a day, and drink a glass before meals to support digestion and appetite control. Want to know exactly how much water to drink? Convert your weight into kgs and multiply it by 1.5. 100kg × 1.5 =300. 3 litres of water a day 👌
