Replace the chocolate chips with dried fruit or cacao nibs.

It's a common thought process and it's easy to *see* results at the very beginning of starting a new workout regime/protocol.

It's also common to become disillusioned by the difference in the results you achieve vs what you envision for yourself!

Bottom line, work hard, eat clean and hydrate appropriately!! And STRETCH!!
