I feel so privileged to have worked for my community over the last 5 years and this leaving gift warmed my heart today. The Rainbow Project was the foundation of my Counselling career and led me to paths I never dreamed of happening.
I will continue to support LGBTQIA people in my private practice 🏳️‍🌈 🏳️‍⚧️

About me
I am an Integrative Counsellor and have worked in several mental health charities throughout N.Ireland. I draw on both my therapeutic training and my own life experiences to help you navigate life transitions, anxiety, overwhelm, and self doubt with compassion and clarity. I work with adults and couples and I also teach Counselling Qualifications, preparing the next generation of counsellors to help and support those in need.

I know you may be struggling. I know that there are better days ahead. I know the first step is difficult. I know that you don't have to manage alone. I know because I've been there too.
Therapists have a great sense of empathy for their clients not just because of the theory they have learned or the qualifications they have gained but because of their lived experience.
