Delighted to be involved with St Peter’s Immaculate Youth Centre and the amazing young people from the Clonard area.
A fantastic Saturday focusing on positive mental health and wellbeing in such a beautiful setting Whitepark Bay Youth Hostel, Ballintoy (just past Ballycastle).
Massive shout out to Bosley and the brilliant youth team. Well done everyone.

November is Men’s Health Month, a time to highlight all aspects of men’s wellbeing with a special focus on mental health.

To night, we’re shining a light on the unique challenges men face and encouraging more open, supportive conversations.

This evening I was honoured to shared my personal story and offered valuable insights on recognising when someone is struggling, practical coping strategies, and where to find help.

This informal conversation aims to break down stigma and remind every man that asking for help is a sign of strength not weakness.

I had the absolute pleasure at the weekend of spending time with an amazing group of women from Ardoyne, Ligoniel, and Woodvale in the Houben Centre, Holy Cross — chatting about mental health awareness and the importance of good sleep.

It was such a lovely day filled with openness, laughter, and shared experiences. 💚

A huge thank you to the Ardoyne Association for sponsoring the session and supporting the wellbeing of the community.

On Friday evening, 10th October, World Mental Health Day I had the privilege of spending time in Ledley Hall Youth Club, East Belfast, talking about Positive Mental Health and Wellbeing.
