New route to administer Adrenaline, treatment for Anaphylaxis. Now approved.

The Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) has today, 18 July 2025, approved adrenaline (epinephrine) nasal spray (EURneffy) to be used for the emergency treatment of serious allergic reactions, known as anaphylaxis.

Defibs have a built-in automated voice that will talk you through the steps, so they can be used by anyone to help save a life!

Hi! I’m a mum of 3 and also the Company owner of 2Savealife First Aid Training NI. I offer onsite Accredited First Aid courses for businesses around the area for 6 or more people or open courses at my training centre in Ards, Jubilee Road.
Over the summer I have First Aid courses for children ‘Mini Medics’. It’s a brilliant course aimed at 7-11’s but suitable for all children from 5-12. Also I visit private homes and community centres teaching new parents First Aid (choking, CPR etc).

Not only is this course an accredited EFAW course, the sport module covers childrens CPR, choking, asthma, climates fractures and more. It is aimed at those who don’t have ‘immediate’ access to medical professionals. Groups on the Ards Peninsula and other areas where it may take more than 30 min for an ambulance.
