A regular yoga practice is less about perfect poses and more about creating a steady, supportive rhythm for your body, mind, and nervous system. When you return to your mat consistently, even for a short time, the benefits begin to layer gently and meaningfully.

Physically, regular practice helps to build strength, improve flexibility, and support joint health. Over time, movements feel more fluid, posture becomes more aligned, and the body learns to move with greater ease and less tension. Small, consistent efforts are far more powerful than occasional intense sessions.

Mentally and emotionally, yoga offers a space to pause and reset. With each practice, you create a moment to step off the busyness of life and reconnect with yourself. Breath awareness plays a key role here—helping to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and bring clarity to the mind. Regular practice can support better sleep, improved focus, and a greater sense of balance in everyday life.

Join us for a deeply nourishing evening of rhythm, ritual and rest under the Scorpio Full Moon.

We’ll begin with a gentle guided drumming circle, using rhythm to ground, connect and release.

From here, you’ll be guided through a simple full moon release ritual, before creating a personal intention to hang on our shared Intention Tree 🌿

You’ll then be invited to create your own herbal tea blend from a selection of beautiful leaves and botanicals, followed by time to sit, sip and enjoy homemade sweet treats together.

We’ll close the evening with a deeply restful Yoga Nidra, allowing everything to gently settle.

I had an assessment last week and was so good to find out my bone density and bmi and viscal fat etc - delighted all is normal and my biological age is 36 😉 I'll take that lol ...

As Natalie is in training she has a few free spots opening up and I can highly recommend 💜🙏🏼✨️
