Hello, just wanted to post an update, as you all know I have taken some time off to look after my own health.

EMDR continues to elvove and I have been investing in my own skills to enhance the service I will be able to provide again soon.

Nobody should be on a 'waiting list' to access the help they need! Medication can not remove the effects of trauma, EMDR enables the processing of trauma and is the first step towards post traumatic growth.
