I have practiced Chiropractic for over 30 years, and have found that the best way to improving your health and wellbeing is get you, the patient, to do more to help yourself. A combination of my care and your own self awareness is usually a winning formula. With the right help and advice it can be truly life changing. I practice using traditional techniques such as Spinal and Musculoskeletal Manipulation, Massage, InterX Therapy and Dry Needling, as appropriate. Having trained at the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic, I practiced in Dorset before moving to France where I had my own practice for 20 years. Now in Northern Ireland for over 7 years, it is my mission to make Spine and Joint Health Care affordable to as many people as possible.
