For me your "health is your wealth" and your most precious, priceless, possession. I believe, health investment in looking good and feeling good starts from within. Which is why healthy eating and proper quality sleep are considered to be just as important as the use of natural skin care products in your daily skin care regimes. I believe true well-being occurs when all aspects of your body, mind, emotions and spirit are all aligned in harmony. Additionally, when we feel healthy and well, from within, we glow with confidence from the inside out. We are energised, revitalised and feel more mentally alert. Wellness definitely makes us feel good and when we feel good, we look good. That feel good vibe gives us hope, encouragement, inspires us to be the best version of ourselves. This valuable insight has come from a wealth of knowledge, experience, skills acquired, in my practice career roles in the Beauty, Hospitality, Health and Social Service Environment. Where I have experienced it first hand as a therapist, and in my role, as a Mental Health Nurse. There I acquired skills in patient assessment, gained a solid foundation in providing holistic care that focuses on all aspects of a person's health. By using Aromatherapy as an alternative in enhancing the feel good... I greatly helped, clinically depressed, patients overcome their challenges in their journey to wellness.
