Delighted to be hosting some free online yoga classes next week in partnership with Drugs and Alcohol NI, a local support network promoting alternatives to alcohol for Dry January and Feel Good Feb, open to all, wherever you are, just DM me to register. (In-person classes will continue as usual).

The sound of barley ripening in the sun, Farmer Joe’s field by the studio walls. Worth a listen. I’ll be posting dates of my yoga tour this autumn, getting out to other beautiful yoga venues in and around Belfast as building work continues on the farm.
